Ryan Rua

Director of Baseball Operations

Rua attended Amherst High School, where he earned numerous baseball accolades. He went on to play collegiately at Lake Erie College, leading the team in home runs each season while earning All–Midwest Region honors and All-American recognition.  In 2011, Rua was drafted by the Texas Rangers and went on to play eight professional seasons, including four years at the Major League level. During his minor league career, he was a two-time MiLB All-Star and a Double-A Home Run Derby Champion.  Following his playing career, Rua committed himself to giving back to the local baseball community. In 2019, after training at T3 Performance for several years, he joined the organization as an instructor and coach.  Ryan currently serves as Director of Baseball Operations and Recruiting, where he plays a key role in leading and supporting player success across the organization.

Jeff Segal

Director of Business Operations

Segal went to North Farmington High School (Michigan) where he was a 4 year varsity player and won 2 all conference awards. He then attended Hiram College where he studied Business Management & Entrepreneurship. Segal was a 4 year starter at Hiram College where he holds the record for most at bats of all time and was All Conference Honorable Mention twice. Segal started his coaching career in 2014 for the Lake County Captains youth program. In 2016 he became a director for the Golden Spikes travel baseball organization. In 2018 he started NEO Baseball Club where he developed hundreds of players and placed 30 plus players into college in 3 years. In 2021 he merged NEO Baseball Club with the T3 Warhawks. Segal is now our Director of Business Operations, the head of our online presence, and innovates and organizes admin, coaches, and customers (players & parents) experience.

Todd Mezlak

Director

Fall Ball Operations

Mezlak attended Amherst Marion High School where he was a 2x all conference player and was the 1994 County and Plain Dealer player of the year. Collegiately he played at Tri-C, Triton College where he was all region, and the University of Akron. He then played for the Richmond Roosters via the Frontier Professional League. Mezlak started his coaching career in 2008 as the assistant coach for Oberlin College. In 2014 Mezlak started coaching for Elyria Catholic High School. He then started his second stint as an assistant coach at Oberlin College in 2016. Mezlak was the assistant Director of Baseball Operations with the Lake Erie Warhawks. Mezlak is a program director and runs our Fall Ball operations.

Josh Moss

Director of Business Operations

Josh Moss attended Northridge High School where he was a varsity baseball player and an all-conference selection before continuing his academic and baseball career at The Ohio State University Newark. While at OSU Newark, he played baseball and was a member of the 2005 ORCC Championship and 2005 ORCC State Tournament Championship teams. He earned a B.S. in Youth and Adolescent Psychology and has coached varsity baseball since 2015. Moss is the current Head Coach at Centerburg High School and has been named KMAC Coach of the Year twice (2024, 2025). From 2021 to 2025, he served as President of Launch Baseball, where he helped lead operations and helped more than 120 athletes commit to play collegiate baseball. Following Launch Baseball’s merger with T3, Moss is now the Director of Business Operations for T3 Warhawks Columbus, overseeing operational strategy, streamlining admin, supporting coaches and staff, and ensuring a professional, consistent experience for every player and family in the program.

Andrew Westbrook

Director​ of Baseball Operations

Andrew Westbrook attended Highland High School (Ohio) where he was a two-time all-conference baseball player. He began his coaching career in 2011 as a varsity assistant at Northridge High School, then joined the staff at Highland High School in 2018. In 2023, Westbrook became a varsity assistant at New Albany High School, continuing to build his reputation as a detailed, relationship-driven coach with a strong track record in player development. Westbrook has also been involved with several summer baseball programs since 2011, including the Mid-Ohio Bullets, Midwest Prospects, and Arsenal Baseball. Most recently, he served as a board member and coach with Launch Baseball beginning in 2022. Westbrook is now the Director of Baseball Operations for T3 Warhawks Columbus, where he leads all baseball operations, oversees fall baseball, drives offseason development plans, and manages recruiting support and structure across the program.
