Ryan Rua

Director of Baseball Operations

Rua attended Amherst High School where he had many baseball accolades. He then went on to play at Lake Erie College where he lead the team in home runs every year and was selected to the All Midwest Region Team. In 2011 Rua got drafted by the Texas Rangers where he played 4 years in the minors and 4 years in the show. Rua was a 2 time MiLB All Star. After his retirement Rua wanted to give back to his local community. In 2019 Rua took a position with T3 as an instructor and coach. He has helped numerous of players improve their game and reach their baseball goals. Rua is now our Director of Baseball Operations where he is the forefront on leading all of our players to success.

Jeff Segal

Director of Business Operations

Segal went to North Farmington High School (Michigan) where he was a 4 year varsity player and won 2 all conference awards. He then attended Hiram College where he studied Business Management & Entrepreneurship. Segal was a 4 year starter at Hiram College where he holds the record for most at bats of all time and was All Conference Honorable Mention twice. Segal started his coaching career in 2014 for the Lake County Captains youth program. In 2016 he became a director for the Golden Spikes travel baseball organization. In 2018 he started NEO Baseball Club where he developed hundreds of players and placed 30 players into college. In 2021 he merged NEO Baseball Club with the T3 Warhawks. Segal is now our Director of Eastside Operations, the head of our online presence, and innovates and organizes admin, coaches, and customers experience.

Todd Mezlak

Director

Fall Ball Operations

Mezlak attended Amherst Marion High School where he was a 2x all conference player and was the 1994 County and Plain Dealer player of the year. Collegiately he played at Tri-C, Triton College where he was all region, and the University of Akron. He then played for the Richmond Roosters via the Frontier Professional League. Mezlak started his coaching career in 2008 as the assistant coach for Oberlin College. In 2014 Mezlak started coaching for Elyria Catholic High School. He then started his second stint as an assistant coach at Oberlin College in 2016 where he is still the current assistant coach. Mezlak was the assistant Director of Baseball Operations with the Lake Erie Warhawks. With the merge Mezlak is now our Director of 13-15U Teams and runs our fall ball program.

Bob Beck

Director

Clinics Coordinator

Beck has done it all in the baseball industry as he was the head of an Umpire Association, Director of Cuyahoga Valley Baseball League, Avon Lake youth Baseball Director, and a USSSA representative. Beck started his coaching career in 2000 as the Assistant Director of Baseball Operations for Diamond Indoor Sports Complex. In 2011 he became the hitting coordinator for the North Coast Vipers travel baseball organization. He was also a part of USA-LABC Big League Edge coaching staff in 2014. In 2009 he started at T3 as the Director of Camps & Clinics. In 2013 he became the Director of Baseball Operations for T3 Performance. Since Beck has started with T3 he has been involved in numerous of players success and college recruitment processes with his expertise in hitting instructor and college recruitment videos. Beck is now our Director of 8-12U Teams as well as coordinating and running all T3 Warhawks clinics.
