PITCHING INSTRUCTORS

Dave Boyza
Boyza was a 3 year starting pitcher for Cleveland State. He started his coaching career at Eastlake High School. He Became the Pitching director at NEO in 2019 and now leads all of our pitchers at T3 as our Director of Pitching. He is a well rounded instructor that likes to focus on mechanics and mindset as well as using different technologies and video to improve our pitchers. Boyza travels around during the summer season to help manage all 15-18U teams pitching staffs.

Mike Burke
Burke pitched at State University of New York at Buffalo where he was the pitcher of the year. He then got drafted by the Baltimore Orioles where he pitched 5 years in their farm system. Since 2019 he has been one of our main instructors at T3

Andrew Abrahamowicz
Andrew attended Elyria Catholic High School where he had many baseball accolades. He started his college career with Nebraska where he played a big role out of their bullpen. He then transferred to Bowling Green State where he was a 3 year starter and the ace of their staff.

Phil Brua
Brua pitched at Oberlin College where he played a big role every year in their staff. He is second in career wins at Oberlin. He then went on to pitch in the Toronto Blue Jays organization. Brua is now the Head Coach at Hiram College and a huge impact on all of our pitchers at T3.

Russ Gladish
Gladish attended Vermillion High School where he was a 2 time all conference player. He then played at Cleveland State. Gladish specializes in arm care and velocity gain with his very in depth arm program
HITTING INSTRUCTORS

Russ Gladish
Gladish was consistently in the middle of the order for Cleveland State as he lead the team in home runs multiple years in a row.

Kody Bledsoe
Bledsoe attended Amherst Steele High School where he was an all conference player. He played his college ball at Indiana Universiry of Kokomo and Lake Erie College where he was a mainstay in both lineups.

Anthony Mendoza
Mendoza played his college ball at Fresno Pacific University. He was a director for Force Ohio Baseball, a MiLB player development assistant, an assistant coach at John Carroll University, and a youth USA Baseball coach.

Tim Mudrock
Mudrock was an assistant varsity coach for 5 years at St. Edwards High School. 2 year college coach for Lorain Ironman. He has now been coaching at the youth level for a decade.

Mark Mohnickey
Mohnickey attended St. Edwards High School. Collegiately he played at Wright State University. He then played professionally for the Cleveland Mosquitoes. He has coached for St. Eds, Tri-C, and multiple youth organizations.

Mike Burke

OUTFIELD INSTRUCTORS

Matt Kimmick
Kimmick attended Normandy High School where he was an all conference player. He played his college ball at Tri-C. He has coached at numerous different high schools and is currently a coach at Berea-Midpark High School.

Mark Mohnickey
Mohnickey attended St. Edwards High School. Collegiately he played at Wright State University. He then played professionally for the Cleveland Mosquitoes. He has coached for St. Eds, Tri-C, and multiple youth organizations.
CATCHING INSTRUCTORS

Matt Wilson
Wilson is our Director of Catchers for T3. He attended Betsville High School where he was a two time all conference catcher. Wilson played his college ball at Otterbein College. During his time there he won a conference championship and his team was ranked #1 in the nation for D3 schools. Winston is now an assistant coach for Oberlin College where he has help 2 of their catchers to NCAC awards.

Gary Ho
Ho grew up in Hawaii where he was one of the states most scouted players. He was a Director for Players I Baseball and NEO Baseball Club. Ho caught for 4 years at a professional level.

Todd Winston
Winston Attended The University of Michigan and won a Big Ten Best Defensive Player Award. He then was drafted by the Detroit Tigers and also played for the Houston Astros. After his retirement he scouted for the Cleveland Indians and was a coach at St. Edwards and Brunswick High school.

Emmanuel Quiles
Quiles was drafted by the San Diego Padres. He was selected as a MiLB All Star. He also had time in the Milwaukee Brewers organization. After his retirement he coached professionally for the Lake Erie Crushers where he won a coach of the year award for the Frontier Leauge. He is now the head coach of Avon Lake High School.

Ryan Nordquist
Nordquist attended Alliance High School where he was an all conference player. He played his college ball at Baldwin Wallace University where he was a mainstay in their lineup. Nordquist has coached at the college level for John Carrol, Baldwin Wallace and now is the current assistant coach for Hiram College.
