Mike founded T3 Performance in 2009. T3 Performance is a sports performance and wellness company located in Avon, Oh. He had a goal of maximizing performance results for athletes by providing them with effective and progressive training methods, provided by elite level coaches. T3 Performance has since grown to over 20 performance specialists focusing on improving athlete and adult movement patterns. His college football and track & field careers allowed him to understand the importance of creating performance training programs that focused on proper movement mechanics and injury prevention first, then, performance enhancement.
Jeff Sudbrook

Jeff has over 25 years of experience in marketing and sales. He is a former newspaper publisher and president. He played college baseball at Lakeland Community College. He has coached 9 seasons of youth baseball with a 179-80 record for .691 winning percentage. 2017: 13U Avon Eagles, 20-9. Bay Village Independence tournament Runner-up. 10U T3 Rays, 25-6. Bay Village Champs, Victory Park Blue Chip tournament champs, CVBA division champs. Runner up
